Enis Behar Menda stepped into the business world in 1994 as an audit assistant at Denet Audit firm. In the early years of his career, he gained experience in major companies such as Coopers&Lybrand and Arthur Andersen and improved himself in the field of management consultancy.

Enis Behar Menda, who has taken effective roles in projects such as companies' restructuring, corporate governance reporting, e-business projects and insankaynaklari.com, also took part in the establishment of enocta, a leading distance education brand in Turkey.

He served as a manager in customer relationship management projects of Turkey's leading companies such as Koç Holding, Boyner, Turkcell, Migros, Tanı, Opet, Yurtiçi Kargo at Peppers and Rogers consulting firm. He then established BG Marketing, Turkey's first data management and analysis company, and provided services in data management and relational marketing. Subsequently, he served as general manager under the name ARC Marketing following the integration of BG Marketing into Leo Burnett Turkey.

In November 2015, he moved to London and consulted for Turkish furniture brands' UK operations and Turkish companies in different fields in London. As of April 2017, he continues his global business development consultancy work by establishing the London-based company Plusture UK.
